Terms & Conditions – Eith’z Spa

Appointment Policy

To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their session and the down payment will not be refunded.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made after this period may result in a partial or full charge.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a service has been rendered.
Advance payments or deposits are non-refundable in cases of no-shows or late arrivals.

Health & Safety

Please notify us of any allergies, medical conditions, or pregnancy before treatment.
Eith’z Spa reserves the right to refuse service for health/safety concerns.

Behavior Policy

Clients are expected to maintain respectful behavior at all times.
Inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of service.

Personal Belongings

Eith’z Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend leaving valuables at home.
